Ant Attack Still Being Investigated

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman is investigating a Lakeland nursing home where a female resident was attacked by stinging ants Saturday night.
The woman was resting Tuesday at the same home — Lakeland Hills Center — after being treated Saturday at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
