Gooding nursing facility receives $35,500 fine

GOODING, ID — The Gooding Rehab and Living Center received a $35,500 federal fine for incidents of staff abuse of residents, failure of management to investigate that abuse and for cases of residents with pressure sores, according to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Bureau of Facility Standards.
