She was just let go from there for trying to help people that were being mistreated. I think you need to speak to her and she will give you all the information you need on this place. Not only do they ignore the care of the people there, there is staff taking the meds there. She has taken all the steps to file a complaint but she doesn't feel as if things are being taken seriously.
