Elderly woman reportedly raped at nursing home
Saturday, August 27th, 2005.
Charlotte Harbor, FL - A 94-year-old woman told authorities she was sexually assaulted at Charlotte Harbor Healthcare.
The incident allegedly happened between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Thursday at the nursing home, 4000 Kings Highway, a Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office report states. The victim told investigators she knew the perpetrator.
The sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
