Nursing home fails to pay massive fine

Tulsa, OK - A nursing home group that has eleven homes in Oklahoma continues operating despite not having paid a more than $450,000.00 fine last year.
The state Health Department proposed the fine against Oklahoma Nursing Homes because of abuse and neglect inspectors found at the Hominy Nursing Home. The home closed following a report that residents were raped by other residents, there was no registered nurse and that staff members punished residents by withholding privileges such as baths.
