Nursing home worker charged with raping elderly woman

Des Moines, IA - A central Iowa nursing home worker has been charged with raping an elderly disabled woman who was left in his care.
Forty-four-year-old Frank Daugard Junior is charged with sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. The alleged incident happened Tuesday night at the Adair Community Health Center.
