Nursing home assault charges filed

Berlin, MD – A caretaker at a Berlin nursing home has been charged with sexually assaulting a 90-year-old patient, the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation reported this week.

Michael Jermain Bolling of Salisbury was charged on Tuesday with a second- and third-degree sexual offense, unnatural perverted sexual practice, vulnerable adult abuse. He was also charged with two counts of second-degree assault.
