Mental Testing For Man Accused Of Nursing Home Sex

American Fork, UT – A man accused of sexually abusing ten elderly women in an American Fork nursing home has been ordered to undergo a mental-competency exam.
Police say 33-year-old Jesus Partida confessed in July to sexually assaulting the women during the two years he worked as a certified nursing assistant at the Heritage Care Center.
Authorities say all of the alleged victims suffered from either dementia or Alzheimer’s disease and were unaware the abuse was going on. All but two of the women have since died.
