Man Pleads Not Guilty to Elderly Sexual Abuse

American Fork, UT - A Utah County man accused of sexually abusing patients under his care pleaded not guilty this morning in court. Jesus Partida is charged with molesting nearly a dozen women at an American Fork nursing home.
His attorney asked for a hearing to suppress key evidence against his client, because most of the alleged victims have passed away. But prosecutors say they still have evidence against Partida.
