Nursing Home Cited for Abuse Allegations

Allentown, PA - The nursing home run by Northampton County has been cited by the state after allegations of abuse.
A State Department of Health report says the Gracedale home in Lower Nazareth Township was lax in reporting an alleged incident back in October.
