Nursing home abuse suspect scheduled for trial
Monday, January 16th, 2006.
Iron Mountain, MI - A woman who authorities say verbally abused a patient at a Kingsford nursing home is heading to trial. The trial for 42-year-old Janice Marie Dal Santo on one count of misdemeanor patient abuse is set for January 30th.
Authorities say she suspended from Manorcare Health Services nursing a few months after the March incident involving a 99-year-old patient.
