Man accused of sexually abusing 80-year-old

Watertown, NY - A Watertown man has been accused of sexually abusing an 80-year-old nursing home resident. Police say 60-year-old Eugene Lavancha was visiting Mercy Care Center’s Madonna Home at the time.
