Nursing home aide found guilty of sexual abuse; An Adair Community Health Center employee had sex with a resident

An Adair man has been convicted of sexual abuse against an elderly, disabled woman at a Guthrie County nursing home.
Franklyn LaRoy Daugard, 44 , of Adair was convicted last week after a two-day trial. Judge William H. Joy found Daugard guilty of wanton neglect and third-degree sexual abuse. Daugard will be held without bond until he’s sentenced on March 20.
