Investigators return to assisted living facility

Wilmington, DE – Department of Social Services investigators returned to a Wilmington assisted living facility today.
Accusations surfaced last week that residents at the Meadows did not get enough food. There’s also evidence that roaches are infesting some of the patients’ rooms.
More people are stepping forward with stories about what’s happening at the Meadows, including people who have family members living there.
