Nursing home investigation

Toledo, OH – The state is now coming down hard on the Foundation Park Care Center. Police say Norbert Konwin’s roommate beat the Alzheimer’s patient last month at the nursing home on South Byrne. Konwin died about two weeks later.
The nursing home has a long list of complaints, including patient abuse dating back years.
