Thursday, July 13th, 2006.
Murfreesboro, TN - Violations at the Tennessee State Veterans’ Home put residents’ lives in danger, according to a report detailing problems at the facility.
State inspectors last month found 21 violations of state health regulations, with more than two-thirds classified as “immediate jeopardy.”
“Very rarely do you see this many violations of this severity. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen this many,” said Judy Eads, assistant commissioner for the Tennessee Department of Health’s bureau of health licensure and regulations.
