Former nursing home owner charged

Dunedin, FL - Authorities say a St. Petersburg man has been charged with several counts of elderly neglect at an assisted living facility he recently sold.
Sixty-year-old Erik Marshall Anderson was charged Friday with 13 counts connected to operations at the facility formerly called Rosalie Manor. A Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman said Anderson recently sold the facility, but police are investigating how residents there were medicated.
