Oxnard facility is sued over ’04 death: 2 nurses also face criminal charges

Oxnard, CA – For the second time in five years, Oxnard’s CareMeridian assisted-living home is in the midst of a wrongful-death lawsuit.
But unlike the previous civil lawsuit, the recent incident involves criminal charges against two nurses formerly at the facility on top of a civil suit claiming the wrongful death of Fillmore resident Jeremiah Allen in 2004.
