Nursing home fined after patient death

Toledo, OH - A Toledo nursing home where a patient was beaten to death has agreed to pay a fine of about $60,000 and correct problems found by the state.
The Foundation Park Care Center must fix deficiencies ranging from abuse to housekeeping problems. Once they do, they are again eligible to receive Medicare and Medicaid payments from the government for new patients.
