Woman charged with abusing Greenwood nursing home residents

Greenwood, SC - A 49-year-old woman has been charged with physically and verbally abusing nursing home residents.
Lizette Vernell Henderson faces six felony counts of abuse of a vulnerable adult.
An internal investigation by officials at Emerald Gardens found Henderson abused three men and three women, who were all between ages 69 and 94, Greenwood County deputies said.
