Nursing home employee charged with assault

Union, SC - A former nursing home employee has been charged with sexually assaulting an elderly patient, the State Law Enforcement Division says.
John Richard Gregory, 31, of Union, faces two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The certified nursing assistant sexually assaulted a 74-year-old patient at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home in April 2005 and on Tuesday, according to arrest warrants obtained by The Union Daily Times.
