Nurse’s Assistant Accused Of Elderly Sex Abuse

Modesto, CA - A Turlock nurse’s assistant was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a patient.
Modesto Police arrested Marvin Ruiz, 29, of Turlock at the Garden City Care home at 11:45 a.m. Wendesday for allegedly abusing a 98-year-old female patient, say police.
On September 18, 2006, an employee at the Garden City Care Home say they walked into a patient’s room and found Ruiz allegedly assaulting a patient, say police. The witness said the patient was telling Ruiz to stop.
