Wrongful death suit filed against nursing home

Pikeville, KY – A Pikeville nursing home and its medical director were cited this week in a wrongful death suit.
Jenkins resident Gracie Baker claims that Parkview Healthcare, LLC and its contracted medical director, Dr. Adil K. Warsy, negligently caused the death of her husband last year.
Baker, acting individually and presiding over her husband’s estate, filed suit against Warsy and the long-term residential care facility, also known as the Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, claiming that they caused injury, pain and suffering that contributed to the death of Anthony M. Baker on Oct. 24, 2005.
