Harrison County, Ohio Nursing Home Cited For Patient Abuse

Cadiz, OH - The Ohio Department of Health confirmed Friday night that the Carriage Inn is facing two counts of resident abuse.
Investigators said the incidents occurred on Nov. 20 and 21.
The first count alleges resident-to-resident abuse and the second alleges a staff member of verbally abused a resident.
State law says the nursing home has 10 days to submit a plan to correct the problem, but health department officials said they have not received a plan.
