Northern N.Y. nursing home fined for sex abuse

Lowville, NY - A northern New York nursing home is being fined by a federal agency for a number of violations….
…In a report completed November 17th, the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services determined that officials at the county-owned facility failed to implement abuse polices and procedures to protect residents in the facility’s dementia unit.
