Jury selection begins in nursing home death

Pittsburgh, PA – Martha Bell, a former manager of a Robinson nursing home accused of covering up how an 88-year-old Alzheimer’s patient died, said little and scribbled notes as attorneys interviewed potential jurors Tuesday.
Bell, 60, of West Mifflin, is charged in connection with the death of Mabel Taylor, a resident of the now-closed Ronald Reagan Atrium I Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Bell faces manslaughter and neglect charges.
