Woman sues nursing home

Munster, IN – An 81-year-old former resident of a Chicago Heights nursing claims she was the victim of neglect and abuse during her two-month stay at the facility.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Cook County court, Rose Capriotti alleged that while she was recuperating from a stroke at the Prairie Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, she fell on her head and suffered numerous bedsores.
