Health official: Kingston Commons had ’standard violations in the past’
Wednesday, February 7th, 2007.
Wilkes-Barre, PA - Kingston Commons, site of a recent alleged sexual assault on a resident by a certified nurse’s aide, had a number of federal citations for patient care deficiencies last year.
Although three of the nursing home’s 29 deficiencies were classified as doing actual harm to some residents, the state agency that enforces federal regulations said the deficiencies are normal for nursing homes.
