Tulsa, OK - Tulsa Police, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, and the state Department of Health are investing an abuse case at the Green Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Authorities say the victim, who is blind and mentally disabled, suffered second degree burns to his torso, legs and genitals, in a scalding hot shower at the nursing home.

This is not the first run-in with the law for this facility; it was cited last year for failing to report abuse and neglect.
