Complaint alleges failing care at Holland-Glen

Philadelphia, PA – A Hatboro facility for seriously ill children and adults has repeatedly failed to properly care for its residents, including a baby who died after likely receiving too much of one prescription drug and too little of another, according to a federal complaint filed Thursday.

The U.S. and the state Department of Public Welfare wants a federal court to stop Holland-Glen Nursing Facility in Hatboro from continuing to provide inadequate care to its patients, many of whom are on ventilators and need feeding tubes.
