Elmira, NY - A Hornell man charged with rape and sexual abuse will spend almost two decades in jail.
40 year old Kenneth Hall was sentenced in Steuben County Court to 19 years in state prison for raping and sexually abusing a resident at McAulty Manor in Hornellsville in December.
