Urbandale Nursing Home Regains Federal Funding; June Inspection Found No Deficiencies

Des Moines, IA - A Des Moines-area nursing home has regained federal funding despite allegations of widespread neglect.
USA Healthcare in Urbandale lost its federal funding last year because of violations of health and safety standards that include physical abuse and improperly trained employees.
USA Healthcare had its Medicaid payments cut and was fined $46,000.
