Nursing Home Closes Doors After Rape Allegations

Moundsville, WV - The Dora Allietta Memorial Home on Eighth Street in Moundsville shut down, but an employee tells 7 News that two residents remain at the home.
On Wednesday, Moundsville police arrested 22-year-old Roy Shelton on charges of sexual assault and abuse after he was charged with raping a 57-year-old female resident at the home.
