Former Knoxville nurse indicted for nursing home abuse

Knoxville, TN – A former Knoxville nurse was indicted by a grand jury Thursday for abuse and assault.

Officials say Frances Jo Fox, 41, of Powell, physically abused an 81-year-old woman at the NHC Nursing home in downtown Knoxville in November 2006.
