Nursing home employee accused of hitting elderly man

Las Cruces, NM - nursing home employee accused of hitting a 73-year-old resident of the Las Cruces Nursing Center has been indicted by a Dona Ana County grand jury.The grand jury handed up the indictment Thursday.
Joseph Anthony Garcia, 33, is being held at the Dona Ana County Detention Center on one count of fourth-degree abuse. Bond was set at $40,000.
