Nursing home named in suit

Salinas, CA – A class-action lawsuit filed Tuesday in Orange County Superior Court against a statewide nursing care facility operator affects a location in Salinas.
The lawsuit alleges that West Hollywood-based Windsor Healthcare Management provides substandard care and neglects the rights of its senior residents. Donald Boone, a resident of a Windsor facility in Los Angeles, is listed as the suit’s plaintiff, along with all residents who lived in one of the company’s 15 California facilities between November 2003 and this month.
