Something wrong in state veterans homes

Mobile, AL – Recent serious incidents at the William F. Green Veterans Home in Bay Minette have led to changes in its operation, but state officials need to review the nursing home’s entire history of problems.
Alabama Department of Public Health inspectors have noted that two residents died this year after falls, and that nursing home staff didn’t follow proper procedures for checking and monitoring them after the falls.
