2nd family sues nurse accused of abusing his patients

Sandusky, OH – A nurse charged with rape for allegedly abusing a nursing home patient is being sued by the family of another man who claims he also was physically and emotionally abused.
Vincent Joseph Bilgen, a resident at Concord Care & Rehabilitation Center, and his sons filed the civil lawsuit against John R. Riems and the nursing home where police believe Riems abused 14 people, according to the complaint at Erie County Common Pleas Court.
