East Brattleboro, VT - A licensed registered nurse from East Brattleboro pleaded guilty to possession of a narcotic recently after testing positive for oxycodone.

Sarah Benson, 34, was sentenced in Windham District Court to six to 12 months, all suspended, except 15 days to serve on the work crew. Benson admitted to having taken Percocet tablets without a prescription while employed at Eden Park Nursing Home in Brattleboro, according to police.
