Man Charged in Connection with Mother’s Death

Scranton, PA - A man who police said kidnapped his mother from a nursing home is now charged with being responsible for her death.
The drama started last month when investigators said Robert Netchel forcibly took his mother from a nursing home in Schuylkill County and almost ran over three nurses who tried to stop him.
Netchel, of the Mount Carmel area, turned himself in to police Friday. He faces numerous charges, including involuntary manslaughter
