How one man’s violent death is helping countless older adults

Philadelphia, PA - So much was shocking about William Neff’s murder, but for prosecutors one detail stood out: Dozens of health care workers at the assisted living home where the 83-year-old Alzheimer’s patient died saw his horrific injuries, yet none of them called authorities.
“That was perhaps the most disconcerting thing about the case,” said David Zellis, Bucks County’s first assistant district attorney.
