Superior, WI - The Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services is monitoring care delivered at St. Francis in the Park Health and Rehabilitation Center.

“Due to ongoing quality concerns identified during a recent on-site review at the nursing home, the Division of Quality Assurance has placed monitors on-site at the nursing home until our concerns are addressed,” a media spokesperson for the department stated in an e-mail to the Daily Telegram. “We meet daily with the monitors and discuss the previous day’s issues and concerns.”
