Louisville, KY - Will nursing home reform ever get the fix it needs? Will 23,000 Kentuckians living in nursing homes ever get help to live safely and comfortably?

There’s a chance right now that two important people in Kentucky can help — Mitch McConnell and Jim Bunning.

These two veteran senators in Washington could be key to any hope for Kentuckians who want to improve care in nursing facilities. The Kentucky legislature struck out. Nothing was done on four important bills in the 2008 session. Now maybe the U.S. Senate can make progress.
