Monday, February 4th, 2008. Huntington, WV - We’ve learned of nine more arrests in an abuse investigation at a Carter County nursing home. Earl Pelfrey, Glada Miller, Glen Wheeler and Nicholas Adams are charged with felony abuse and neglect of an adult.

Monday, February 4th, 2008. Huntington, WV - We’ve learned of nine more arrests in an abuse investigation at a Carter County nursing home. Earl Pelfrey, Glada Miller, Glen Wheeler and Nicholas Adams are charged with felony abuse and neglect of an adult. The other workers charged are all connected with the Community Presence Nursing Home.
