Prosecutor delays charges in case of hospital aide; Police have issued a no-trespassing warning to the man prohibiting him from being around the St. John’s Living Center, where sources reported seeing him visiting patients as late as April 23
Jackson Hole, WY - Teton County deputy prosecutor Brian Hultman wants further investigation before possibly filing charges against a man arrested Monday on allegations of sexual assault at St. John’s Living Center. Hultman said at the former nursing aide’s initial appearance Wednesday in Jackson’s 9th Circuit Court he refused to file charges due to concerns about proving the allegations. “The state is asking the defendant [be] released without further proceedings at this time,” he said.
