Okeene woman charged with abuse by caretaker

A 55-year-old Blaine County woman was charged Tuesday with an abuse felony. Barbara Anne Crook, of Okeene, was charged with one felony count of abuse by caretaker, according to court documents filed in Blaine County District Court.
